Carbon County 4-H has welcomed Youth and Families with Promise (YFP)into their organization. In addition to traditional clubs of livestock and horse, arts and crafts, sewing and cooking, the 4-H has extended its reach to the outlying communities of Wellington and East Carbon with after school workshops to help youth and adults gain an understanding and appreciation for the benefits 4-H can bring to them. Carbon County 4-H has an active teen council to plan service projects, summer camp, the river run, and other fun activities.
